Elisabeth Mack, RN, BSN, BA, MBA is a seasoned healthcare professional, insurance executive, and visionary co-founder of Holistic Caring & The Green Nurse offering alternative healthcare options. Elisabeth is building what she calls a Cannabis HMO and is always seeking partners to collaborate. She passionately bridges the gap between conventional and cannabis medicine through education, guidance, and personalized care for patients with product choices, dosages, interactions, and timing.  She saw firsthand how incredibly effective cannabinoids were personally by healing from 20 years of injuries and was led to help others find success in cannabis healthcare.

Elisabeth became a provider for the California Board of Registered Nursing in 2018 and authored a comprehensive online curriculum to merge cannabinoids into holistic and functional medicine.  She trains healthcare professionals to become Cannabis Health Coaches, preparing them to be successful in guiding patient consultations, teaching industry staff, or leading workshops.  There’s even a business in a box toolkit of forms and resources for clinical practice, giving presentations, and influencing stakeholders. 

In 2023, Elisabeth completed the ecosystem by adding Bloom Hemp CBD to their portfolio of companies, supplying premium USDA Organic Hemp CBD products into their supply chain.  With 24 SKUs and 30 products, Bloom Hemp is woman & nurse owned, providing a Free Nurse Line, free email care plans, and training programs for wholesale and affiliates sales. 

Elisabeth earned her MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Her corporate career included being the San Diego Sales Manager for Anthem Blue Cross.  She is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, served as Treasurer for the American Cannabis Nurses Association, and maintains board positions for Los Angeles NORML, and the Coachella Valley Cannabis Alliance Network.
